Senator Mark Warner is yet again another bought out politician by AIPAC, the price for his voting power is $389,631. Wicked Warner has been a, “longtime friend of Israel” and his legislative voting record reflects that relationship dating back to 2018 when he voted to oppose the BDS movement. The recent notable piece of legislation Tim has signed onto is the Strengthening of Israel-U.S. Alliance Act, which provides Israel with $3.8 billion in unconditional military aid. This bill was signed by Wicked Warner is April 2024, 7 months into Israel’s genocide project of Gaza. The current death toll in Gaza as of August 2024 is nearing 40,000 civilians, with nearly 16,500 of that number being children. According to Lancett, it’s projected that 180,000 Gazans will die as a result of the genocide. Less than a day ago, an Israeli air strike hit Mohammed Abu al-Qumsan’s home in Deir al Balah killing his newborn twins, wife, and the twin’s grandmother while he went to the local government office to register his children. Wicked Warner and his AIPAC sponsored colleagues are responsible for their death.
Back in November 2023, Senator Mark Warner, who is the Intelligence Committee Chairman stated that, “Israel has a right to defend itself and Hamas has been using human shields” and that Israel strikes are “getting more targeted.” Wicked Warner finished his comments on Israel by stating, “It’s a civilized nation. And that’s why I think it’s important — both the pauses and to make sure as much as possible they’re targeting.” Clearly Wicked Warner was wrong, as Israel enters 11 months into their genocide of Gazans, and the Virginia Senator still signed off on arms sales to Israel. As of July 2024, Warner joined his Virginia Congressional colleagues to call, “for a ceasefire, and those hostages released.” Wicked Warner’s words are empty as his call for a ceasefire has not resulted in a material stop to Israel’s assault of innocent Gazans. Those words mean nothing especially since Warner voted to cut U.S. federal funds to the United Nations humanitarian organization, UNRWA for Gazan civilians in March 2024. Senator Mark Warner sold his soul to AIPAC, and used U.S. taxpayer’s dollars to fund the death and destruction of Gaza, the 25-mile long coastal land.
