California Representative Young Kim has assumed office as a member of the House since 2021, not a long while, but her support for Israel is extensive. In October 2023 Rep. Kim addressed Congress to express her, “strong support of this resolution to demonstrate that this House stands united with Israel as it defends itself against the barbaric war launched by Hamas.” Killjoy Kim serves on the House Foreign Affairs Committee and was referring to the H.Res.771, which affirms the U.S. commitment to support Israel militarily by any means necessary. Kim used racist rhetoric to describe people in Gaza as “barbaric” and blamed this population stuck in a siege imposed by Israel's colonial power since 2007 for starting a war. Killjoy Kim doesn’t see Palestinians as human and is bought out by Israeli lobbies to perpetuate their agenda for the price of $460,571.

Similar to Kim’s colleagues, she signed onto the Strengthening the Israel-U.S. Alliance Act which provides Israel with $3.8 billion for their genocide operation in Palestine. Kim issued a statement in April 2024 regarding her decision stating, “Our ally Israel is fighting for its right to exist after enduring a savage unprovoked attack from Hamas and continued aggression from Iranian proxies in Lebanon, Syria and Yemen.” Kim also added, “Weapons and other aid provided must be targeted and used as intended, and my colleagues and I on the Foreign Affairs Committee are continuing to conduct oversight of aid that has been sent by the United States.” Kim failed to leave out that Palestine has been under a brutal occupation from the genocidal government Israel since its inception in 1948. May 15, 1948 is remembered as the Nakba (arabic translation for “catastrophe”), the day Israel made 750,000 Palestinians refugees, taken 78% of historic Palestine’s land, “ethnically cleansed and destroyed about 530 villages and cities, and killed about 15,000 Palestinians in a series of mass atrocities, including more than 70 massacres.” Rep. Young Kim doesn’t care about these facts, as long as AIPAC keeps funding her political campaign in return for the selling of U.S. tax dollars.
